Kidspace Children’s Museum welcomes three new board members from the Pasadena community to the museum Board of Directors for 2008-2009: Mike Brown of California Institute of Technology, Mike Bryant of Ernst & Young and Dr. Richmond Wolf of the Capital Group.

Dr. Mike Brown is the Rosenberg professor of planetary astronomy at California Institute of Technology and was the driving force behind the declassification of Pluto as a planet in the solar system. Mike Bryant is a tax partner with Ernst & Young LLP Los Angeles, serving as the Federal and Real Estate tax practice leader. Bryant has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and other industry periodicals. He and his wife, Jennifer Thibault, have been active supporters of Kidspace through the museum’s Circle of Friends auxiliary.

Dr. Richmond Wolf is an investment analyst with the Capital Group and works in medical device technology. Previously, he was assistant vice president for technology transfer at California Institute of Technology, as well as the school’s technology licensing manager.

"All three of these terrific volunteers will add a new dimension to our leadership team," said Greg Johnson, president of the Kidspace board of directors.
