Teriyaki Burger
[continued]Master Brewer Roberto DeSantos is also working on a light blonde beer and will be introducing others in the coming months.

A beautifully-plated Cobb Salad arrived at our table with an assortment of house-made dressings. This is a traditional Cobb served with all the bits and bobs, it is the dressings that make it unique. Fresh and creamy, the blue cheese, ranch and honey mustard dressings are fabulous.

Freshly made hamburger buns enclosed a third-pound beef patty which was topped with sweet teriyaki sauce and a large slice of pineapple for the Teriyaki burger which was served with onion rings. All of the sandwiches and burger give you a choice of seasoned fries, onion rings,

baked beans, fruit, cole slaw or mashed potatoes; which is a nice change to the usual burger and fry combo.

A brushetta chicken sandwich served with seasoned fries followed. Served on ciabatta with mozzarella cheese and a blend of tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil, this is a hearty sandwich. The chicken is a full-sized breast so it fills the bread and then some. The seasoned fries are crisp-tender and savory.

Seafood Pasta
Finally, (and I say this only because I was getting so full) the Seafood Pasta was brought to the table. More seafood than pasta, it was full of salmon, shrimp, calamari, mussels, scallops and clams. The pasta is tossed with a tomato-based sauce and is heaven for seafood-lovers.
