on October 11th. The artists were juried. And they were juried by the members of the Pasadena Society of Artists. So, it's a good select number of artists who have been chosen."

"The event will run from 11 am to 5 o'clock in the evening. It will showcase the artists. People can view art; they can purchase art. They can listen to live entertainment and we'll also have an hands-on activities center ... so, we're bringing the art experience beyond what people normally think of as...just viewing art...but also have people participate in art," Romo said.

ArtWalk is slated to take place on El Molino Ave. between Colorado Blvd. and Green St. The event is a multi-faceted celebration and will feature the juried art show and sale, entertainment on two stages, hands-on activities for people of all ages, and free museum day.

ArtWalk is held in conjunction with ArtWeekend, scheduled to be held from October 10 to October 12. Pasadena's ArtWeekend is held every year and it includes ArtNight,

ArtWalk, ArtHeritage, and ArtMarket. The program is collaborated effort by the City of Pasadena Cultural Affairs, Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau, One Colorado, Playhouse District Association, and Latino Heritage Association.  For more information, click here.
