dineL.A. Hits Pasadena With Special Exclusive Series at The Royce

Los Angeles’ loved biannual food event, dineL.A., returns this week from July 14-28 along with its Exclusive Series. Once again, The Royce Wood-Fired Steakhouse will be featuring signature dishes and creative plates for the occasion, created by Chef de Cuisine, Dominique Shelton.

Menu items feature Wagyu Carpaccio with parsley puree, horseradish and grilled bread; Seared Scallop with wild mushroom, uni butter and ramps; Wagyu Skirt Steak with crushed fingerlings, broccolini, au poivre and Brown Butter Cake with whiskey ice cream and mascerated berries and much more. The prix fixe dinner is priced at $130 per person not including tax and gratuity.

The Terrace at The Langham will also be featuring special dineLA dishes available for lunch and dinner including choices of Spicy Ahi Tuna Tostada, Shiitake Tempura Salad and Braised Pork Belly Bowl, Seared Albacore Ponzu Salad and Chicken Katsu among other dishes. Lunch is priced at $20 and Dinner at $29 not inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Other restaurants in Pasadena participating in dineL.A. are: Arroyo Chop House, Cafe Bizou, Celestino Ristorante and Bar, Central Park Restaurant, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Green Street Tavern, Gyu-Kaku, Il Fornaio, Maison Akira, Malbec, Parkway Grill, POP Champagne Bar & Restaurant, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Smitty’s Grill, SUGARFISH by Sushi Nozawa, and Sushi Roku.

dineL.A. is a 15-day dining event that takes place twice a year and showcases Los Angeles as a premier dining destination while highlighting the diversity of culinary experiences L.A. has to offer including a number of restaurants in Pasadena.
