A brunch with a kick, can only be found at Mijares.

Every Sunday, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Mijares Restaurant is inviting families for its Sunday Champagne Brunch.   “We have fresh homemade corn tortillas, and then outside in the patio, we have a taco guy with traditional Carne Asada, Chicken, and Carnitas. We also have the Mexican, very authentic, Chicharron and of course El Pastor,” says Maria Guzman, manager at Mijares Restaurant.

The buffet is held in the patio area and it hosts a wide array of salads, such as potato, macaroni and chicken with Mijares’ fantastic cilantro dressing. There are also all sorts of sides, such as beans, Spanish rice, and Potatoes O’Brien.

Take a basic cheese enchiladas and jazz it up with a topping of Carne Asada, Chicken Picado or shrimp in a wine sauce with a kick. Fill your own fresh corn or flour tortilla, with rice, beans, meat and cheese or enjoy one of Mijare’s finger-licking good ribs.

An omelet station provides any number of variations, with a multitude of fillings to choose from. Your only problem will be what to choose.
