Do you spend most of your Sunday mornings in bed digging deep into Instagram, drooling over some of the most beautifully decorated homes in Los Angeles?

If you’re a fan of popular bloggers like Jen Gotch of Ban.Do GirlGang fame, Bri Emery of DesignLovefest, or even the recently transplanted SFGirlbyBay, you’ve probably spent hours looking over pictures of their quirky, modern, and immaculate homes.  Their book shelves are styled perfectly with interesting pottery, vintage books, creeping vines, and funny tchotchkes, and every corner seems to delight the eye with one-of-a-kind art.

You might also find yourself asking—where in the world do they get this stuff?

The answer is: flea markets!  While Jen Gotch is known to frequent Pasadena’s popular Rose Bowl flea market, did you know that Pasadenans have even more options?

Pasadena City College also regularly holds their own flea market, which is a bit more compact than the sprawling and sometimes overwhelming Rose Bowl flea market.  They hold their market every first Sunday of the month, which means you’d better get out your shopping bags.

This Sunday, July 5th head over to Pasadena City College from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. to visit over 400 vendors, browse their unique merchandise, try some new food at one of the many food trucks, or even take some silly photos with your own girl gang at their photo booth.

Don’t miss this opportunity to find that perfect painting you’ve been searching for, the vintage dress you can’t live without, or even a goofy gift for your best friend.  Maybe your newly styled shelves will rocket you to Instagram fame, too!

Pasadena City College is located at 1570 E. Colorado Blvd. Pasadena on the corner of Colorado and Bonnie.  For more information, please call (626) 585-7906 or visit http://www.pasadena.edu/news/newsItem.cfm?ID=6008
