Do you love steak? Plenty of Americans do and Pasadena is a great place to go for a top of the line steak dinner. Currently, we have two high-end steakhouses, including the recently opened Alexander’s Steakhouse, and you can thank the meat gods because number three is about to open.

Fleming’s Steakhouse is planning to open a location in Pasadena on Colorado Blvd. Known across the country for their incredible steaks, their menu spans much more than beefy delights.

Appetizers are up first with choices from a French onion soup baked with gruyere and parmesan cheeses to a tenderloin carpaccio with caper-creole mustard sauce and red onion. In the mood for something light? They have a small plate featuring seared ahi tuna with fresh vegetable salad and spicy mustard sauce.

Steaks are the star at this dining establishment. They have steak galore. Filet mignon to New York strip to ribeye to porterhouse. You can also choose an indulgent accompaniment like truffle poached lobster or diablo shrimp. They have three rubs and three sauces you can choose from to truly customize this steak meal to your palette. They also have chicken and seafood meals that are absolutely delectable.

An extensive wine list will allow you to pick the best wine for your meal. Dessert is a must with choices such as Fresh Berries and Chantilly Cream or Walnut Turtle Pie. Your taste buds will simply melt.
