Kairos is an ancient Greek word that Suzana Delis had been carrying around in her mind for many years—“probably the last 25 years,” she says. “It means ‘God’s anointed time.’”

This word reverberated within Suzana when she was left contemplating on what to do after quitting a career at the City of Glendale.  “I had an epiphany: ‘Go get your real estate license now, start this business and name it Kairos.’”

Suzana, who hails from a family invested in the real estate business, sought the help of licensed broker Aileen Azadian. “I felt that she and I would make a great team,” Suzana recalls.

Together, they founded Kairos Estates, a real estate firm committed to giving the soundest advice to buyers and sellers, guiding them in every step of the transaction, and helping them feel confident about their decisions.

Kairos Estates is one-of-a-kind, as it is anchored in faith. “I think what sets us apart from other companies is that we are a faith-based company and we run it that way. We came up with the concept that is a little bit unique in that we serve people in the truest Christian tradition. We serve God, but we serve the people that we come into contact with through this business to get them to where they need to be,” explains Suzana.

“It’s about serving the person, not going after their money,” Aileen adds.

Another key feature of Kairos Estates is its celebrity-style treatment to each of its clients. “We believe that everyone deserves excellent service. So if I’m a servant to one person for a $90,000 condo, I am a servant to another person for a $9 million estate,” says Suzana. “Everyone can expect concierge service from our team.”

Whether you’re from family-friendly Glendale or luxe La Canada-Flintridge, Kairos Estates seasoned agents dedicate themselves to finding not only the best, but the right home for each client. This is all because Suzana believes that the most important part of their work is nurturing relationships with people.

“We create relationships with our customers. We create relationships with the escrow officers, with the other agents. We’re all together here in this world for a purpose; and we’re here to touch each other’s lives and better each other’s lives in some way,” she says.
