Snazzy New French Dip Sandwiches Come to Pasadena

Published on Saturday, September 3, 2016 | 5:32 am

French Dip sandwiches just got a classy upgrade on Thursday. Enjoy a hot sandwich at the newly opened Harlowe’s on Union Street.

Eater reports that this sandwich-centric restaurant also has a liquor license and list of beers on Beer Menu. Harlowe’s is owned by the same people who started The Bottle Room in Whittier, a craft brew pub. So it’s safe to assume the wine and beer list will be on par with any gastropub.

Their food menu isn’t online yet but we know that French Dip sandwiches will be a staple. These hot, hearty beef sandwiches feature layers of thinly sliced beef with au jus, a sauce made from pan juices, served on a french roll.

We’ve reached out to the owners and chef and will keep you updated with delicious, new information.

Harlowe’s French Dip is located at 43 East Union Street. Call (626) 440-0100 or visithttps://www.beermenus.com/places/36371-harlowe-s-french-dip for their beer list. Their website is forthcoming at http://harlowesfrenchdip.com/.
