The Cider Rules at Del Fresco’s Grille

Beer lovers tend to catch all the breaks; beer dinners and beer festivals go on all year long. What if you aren’t a fan of beer though? Del Fresco’s Grille has got your back. They are having a special hard cider dinner Thursday, August 27th to kick off fall!

Cool Rekorderlig hard ciders will be on hand for you to enjoy. The cider is made with the purest spring water from Vimmerby, Sweden. The ciders are paired with a spectacular five-course meal created by Chef James Harrelson.

The first course is a delectable poached pear with goat cheese, and topped with crème anglaise and toasted pistachios. It is paired with a crisp Pear Cider.

The second course is pan-seared scallops paired with a frisee salad topped with pineapple-serrano vinaigrette, parmesan crisp, and a lime gastrique. A refreshing Passionfruit Cider will accompany this dish.

Entremets, the third course will delight you with Strawberry & lime granites garnished with fresh mint. Strawberry-Lime Cider will be served along with this course.

The main Course is a delicious Lamb confit paired with brie and served alongside raisin bread with a raspberry compote. A Wild-Berries Cider will be served along with the main course.

Dessert is a comforting warm apple tart topped with orange ice cream and a smooth vanilla whipped cream. A Spiced Apple Cider will end the meal.

Seating is limited so you will want to make reservations now. The sparkling evening starts at 7:00 p.m.
