The Summer of The Burger

Claud & Co. EateryThe Food Network recently voted on America’s best Burger restaurants and put together a list of the top five. On that list, coming in at number three, was Pasadena’s Pie ‘n’ Burger restaurant. Also home of the cheeseburger and Burger Week, it’s safe to say that Pasadena has a love affair with the burger.

Fresh on the heel of this win, Eric Rowse, Chef Claud Beltran’s chef de cuisine, will be heading up a celebratory Burger night Sunday, July 12th from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Eatery, Pasadena, and you won’t want to miss it.

Head cooker of the Eatery, Chef Claud has been a chef for over quarter of a century, having been mentored by Master Chef Thomas Keller. He then ventured out on his own, establishing himself as one of LA’s top chiefs. He is experienced working in multiple venues, and making the customers experience a unique one, hence, the Burger night, one of many events hosted at The Eatery.

“It was so much fun last time” says Chef Claud of the Burger night, “that we decided to do it again. Make sure you get your reservations in early cause you don’t want to miss out!”

The Eatery is known for making their food an experience. Experimenting with styles, a varies foods, whilst also entwining it with a variety of bands, musicians, or wine tasting.

Every event is different, and created with the customer’s enjoyment in mind.
