Looking for a sweet treat on Colorado Boulevard? Look no further than Vanilla Bakeshop. This cute bakeshop chain offers cupcakes, sweets and cakes – check out their weekly and daily flavors plus classics like Vanilla Bean, Mom’s Birthday Cake and Southern Red Velvet.

Soh Grill
Soh Grill will take over 27 North Raymond Avenue as Tamara Kim’s “maximalist modern Korean barbecue,” reports EaterLA. This modern Korean BBQ restaurant doesn’t have a definitive opening date yet but we know it will carry beer and wine.

True Food Kitchen
True food Kitchen is the latest health-conscious restaurant that has its sights set on Old Town. The menu derives from an anti-inflammatory diet and features plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Expect dishes like Kale & Avocado Dip and Spaghetti Squash Casserole plus a selection of beer and wine.
