Vibrant Living Wellness CenterAt Vibrant Living Wellness Center we treat the cause of your problems not the symptoms.  We uses a unique testing method to identify sensitivities and nutritional deficiencies to bring about optimum health safely and naturally.  We use Nutrition Response Testing, a non-invasive system that analyzes the body to determine the underlying cause to non-optimum health. Using this system we precisely identify your body’s specific barriers to your health and then intelligently tackles each barrier until your health is restored. The procedure is simple, with the body providing all of the information and feedback needed. We help your body bring about healing…exactly as Nature intended. The body responds to the procedure reliably and consistently even in cases where everything else has failed.

We are pleased to have Heidi Hoffman, registered dietician join our practice as our newest practioner. Heidi received a traditional education in Nutritional Science from California State University, Los Angeles and a Masters in Public Health from UCLA. Over the 18 years that she has been in the Nutrition Field, Heidi has explored the many aspects of nutrition by getting experience in a variety of settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, outpatient counseling, and the Women, Infant, and Children Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC).

After years of having her own health issues of poor digestion and excess weight, Heidi sought out alternative treatments to discover the cause. She learned that she had some food sensitivities and was in need of digestive supplements. Her health began to improve and her body began to release the weight. Born out of a desire to help others with their health issues like she was helped, she expanded her knowledge of the overlap of the Body, Mind, and Spirit connection and began studying Reiki, Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) and Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET). She focused on the overlap of these aspects as they applied to Functional Nutrition by looking for the root cause of health and wellness issues rather than a quick fix.

Now, after coming full circle with her education, Heidi works with clients one-on-one utilizing all of her education and tools to help her clients achieve maximum results with their health goals. In this way, she is able to provide a supportive and nourishing environment for the health and well-being of her clients. She has had the pleasure of helping many men and women to achieve balanced health and eliminate long-standing health challenges!

Heidi joins Dr. Tina, a traditional naturopath, at Vibrant Living Wellness Center. Tina began her studies in naturopathy after becoming sick herself. She was a misdiagnosis and spent a considerable amount of time on a medication that she did not need. That medication began to erode her health. With each passing month she felt worse. After more than 2 years of feeling awful she began her own research. She came to the conclusion that her body did not have what it needed to perform optimally and heal itself. She made permanent changes to her diet along with whole food supplementation so that her body could do what it does best, heal itself.
After receiving her Doctor of Naturopathy degree, Dr Tina went on to receive certification in plant based nutrition from Cornell University and is an Advanced Clinical Nutrition graduate of Ulan Nutritional Systems.

Through her experience with her current and past clients Dr. Tina Truly feels that most symptoms are preventable and or reversible. She wants you to know there is hope and she can help.
