Pasadena Festival of Women Authors Announces Participation by Three New York Times Bestselling Authors, Four Acclaimed Novelists

The Pasadena Festival of Women Authors (PFWA) announced the exciting schedule of participating authors for the Saturday, April 8th, 2017 event to be held at the Pasadena Hilton Hotel from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The festival will feature Yaa Gyasi, whose novel, Homegoing, was one of the most talked-about books of 2016; Cynthia D’Aprix Sweeney, author of the debut sensation, The Nest; and Amy Stewart, author of Lady Cop Makes Trouble, the second in her hit historical series, as well as four other outstanding authors.

The PFWA gives women authors a platform to share their personal experiences and journeys as writers, inspiring avid readers. In 2016 the PFWA expanded the program to include 7 speakers, added breakout sessions and increased seating by 70% and immediately sold-out. Due to continued high demand, the 2017 PFWA will have more seating with large screen video projection delivering a quality experience for all attendees.
