Altadena-Based Non-Profit Five Acres Opens New Location in West Covina

Family and child services agency Five Acres, headquartered in Altadena, has opened a new location in West Covina. The new office will offer critical programs in human services including community based mental health care, foster care and adoption.

The West Covina location replaces Five Acres’ former offices in San Dimas and El Monte. The new office officially opened on January 29, 2018 at 2934 E. Garvey Avenue S., with an open house slated for later this year.

The new location will also allow Five Acres to continue to expand their services within and beyond San Gabriel Valley. Currently celebrating its 130thyear of service, the nonprofit currently serves approximately 8,700 children and families across five counties in Southern California.
