A lively group of over 700 people kicked-off Pride Month at An Evening Among the Roses at The Huntington.

The evening was an elegant garden party celebrating the important contributions of the LGBT community to The Huntington. From donors and staff to the individuals whose works are preserved in the collections, the LGBT community is well represented at The Huntington and well worth celebrating.

This year’s event featured evening access to the Huntington Art Gallery and Rose Garden, a live DJ set by Matthew Rubino of Project Slate, an open bar, and hors d’oeuvres.

The event chairs for the evening were Jonathan Weedman (Wells Fargo Foundation), Raymundo Baltazar (Project Runway), and Denise and Stacy Smiters (Wells Fargo).
