Armed, Dangerous Suspects Arrested After Manhunt

A manhunt for an armed man roving the streets of a quiet South Pasadena neighborhood Tuesday resulted in the arrests of three suspects by the Los Angeles Police Dept.

The three suspects were taken into custody during a K-9 search on the 5000 block of Collis Avenue in nearby El Sereno as LAPD assisted South Pasadena with the search.

Earlier, South Pasadena Police had alerted residents in Monterey Hills area at the southwest corner of their city to be on the lookout for a suspect who was armed with a pistol and considered armed and dangerous. Police had warned residents in the area to stay inside and lock their doors and windows and to report any prowler or suspicious activity immediately to the police department.

The suspect was described as a male, Hispanic, 6′ tall, goatee, wearing blue jeans, brown and red plaid shirt, tattoos on

The suspect gave up and is in custody by LAPD.
