This month’s monthly whiskey and bourbon tasting from the Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena will prominently feature offerings from the Four Roses family of Kentucky bourbons.
The event is done in partnership with Everson Royce Wine and Spirits, every last Wednesday of the month, starting March 27 through December.
This month’s selections were chosen by Everson Royce owner Joe Capella, plus a few special surprises.
If anything strikes a chord, Everson Royce is just next door and a bottle or two take home within reach.
The Four Roses brand is distilled and bottled in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, in the only bourbon distillery that combines five proprietary yeast strains with two separate mashbills to handcraft 10 distinct Bourbon recipes, each with its own unique character, spiciness, and rich fruity flavors, according to the brand’s website.
The monthly tastings at Armory Center for the Arts, at 145 North Raymond Avenue, are from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets are from $35 to $45, and can be purchased at Everson Royce from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on tasting day. Staff members at the store can escort you next door to the Armory for the event.
Ticket proceeds will support Armory exhibitions and education programs.
