For one day only, rain or shine, local and regional artists exhibit original works at Art on Palm @ Jones Coffee Roasters; Saturday; November 23, 2019; 9:30 – 4:00 p.m. Jones Coffee Roasters is located at 693 S. Raymond Avenue in Pasadena.

On November 23rd, Art on Palm will present 35 artists and makes, each creating distinctive work in media including: ceramics, collage, digital artwork, glass, leather, metals, mixed media, photography, pastels, pencil, stone, soy wax, textiles, watercolors, and exotic woods. Artists are: Vie Blakey, Marcia Bloom, Robin Cohen, Ellen Dinerman, Mims Ellis, Rebecca Frederick, Elisa Goodman, Marc Gordon, Andre Haffner, Outi Harma, Herban, Polly Kanazaki, Theresa Kent, Bettina Kleeman, Ronald Lawrenz, Leaf Motif, Susan Loraine, Randy Meaney, Ramona Paloma Art Tiles, Heather Morrow, David Ortega, Roné Prinz, Linda Queally, Danielle Rayne, Kathleen M. Robison, Lisa Ann Sparks, Kathleen Swaydan, Kara Taub, Anna Vosburg, Joyce Carol Watanabe, Shaney Waters, Lys Wilcox, Hitomi Yamamuro, and Wick’d Bean Soy Candles.

Family owned, Jones Coffee Roasters began 5 generations ago in the highlands of Guatemala. The family continues to tend Fincas Dos Marias (“the farm of two Marias”) to be committed to the welfare and education of the community they employee. The Asturias-Jones Clan roast and serve acclaimed coffees and savory and sweet snacks at 693 S. Raymond’s inviting urban setting, across the street from the Gold Line Filmore Station.

Through each sale, each Art on Palm artist contributes 10% to the Creative Arts Group of Sierra Madre. Founded in 1960, CAG provides quality art instruction for the elementary school students of Sierra Madre’s public schools through ImaginArt, adult instruction, and community art events.
