Baby Store for New and Expecting Parents “Arrives”

The destination for today’s parents, giggles, has finally arrived in LA with the “arrival” of its latest Pasadena location. New and expecting parents in the Los Angeles area can now turn to giggle for the best of everything to make their transition to parenthood smart, stylish and fun.

More than just a baby store, giggle is a new parent resource, offering a complete, well-edited selection of the must-have baby items, pre-selected against the features that matter most to today’s new parent. Understanding how overwhelming becoming a new parent is, giggle helps alleviate the stress by providing time-crunched parents one place for all of their baby’s needs.

The inside of all giggle stores feature whimsical, brightly striped lampshades, a library complete with iPods for child-friendly CD listening, a baby changing room and a stroller parking lot with vintage parking meters. Not only are these features reflective of giggle’s ongoing commitment to creating a healthy environment with great design and style – utilizing low-VOC paints, organic woods and other natural and sustainable materials – but each individual location takes a cue from the local area’s style and architecture so that each store evokes a familiar and residential atmosphere.

In fact, the Pasadena location will be the first of all seven current giggle locations to house the “giggle designer showroom,” which will unveil the newest collections from today’s top nursery designers including Nursery Works, David Netto, and more. Spotlighting a new designer 4 times throughout the year, the giggle designer showroom will offer tips and ideas for building a smart and functional nursery.
