Back To School, Back To The Pool

In a bid to show people that swimming isn’t limited to the summer season, Waterworks Aquatics is having a back to school promo package from August 5th to October 15th where registrants get the following discounts:

– Two free additional lessons for every swim lesson package of 18 lessons or more

– Four additional lessons for every swim lesson package of 32 lessons or more

– Six additional lessons for every swim lesson package of 46 lessons or more

And these aren’t for kids only, mind you. Waterworks Aquatics mission is to educate and motivate people of ALL ages to be safer and learn proper swimming technique. From 3-month old kids to adults, Waterworks Aquatics makes sure each get equal treatment in the pool, learning proper techniques that’s age and skill appropriate.

For the kids, they get a supportive atmosphere with a child-centered approach to show kids how to have fun in the water while improving their water skills. Proven teaching methods and caring instructors allow kids to learn and grow within the program, while utilizing a specialized muscle memory technique to let kids learn at a quick rate.

Families that swim together, stay together, and on Saturday August 31, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Waterworks Aquatics will have a special “Arrgust” Family Swim Night where staff will be dressed as pirates and families can engage in many fun and exciting pirate-themed games and activities.

And for the ladies, there will be two new high intensity Water Aerobics Classes taught by instructor Sasha Jackson. For those who don’t care for sweating in leotards, why not try the ‘cooler’ aerobic class? Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

All these fun lessons and activities are available at the new Waterworks Aquatics location at Pasadena. The brand new state-of-the-art indoor facility features two heated indoor pools that provide warmth, sun protection and heated to a comfortable skin temperature; a 25 yard lap pool with five lanes; and a teaching pool that’s perfect for kids learning to swim.
