Two Rose Bowl-bound Wisconsin Badger players have been named to the Associated Press All-American team.

Running back Jonathan Taylor became the only player on this year’s team to repeat from last season. Center Tyler Biadasz was also named to the All-America team Monday, according to an AP report.

Taylor and Biadasz both were named to the offense team, which includes players who have been honored by various selector organizations as the best players at their respective positions.

The accolades have been coming for a while.

Just last week, Taylor was given the Doak Walker Award, given annually to the best running back in the nation, for the second consecutive season.

Biadasz, a redshirt junior who has started 40 consecutive games, cracked the AP team for the first time. Earlier in December, Biadasz won the Rimington Trophy, presented to the nation’s best center.

The All-America team members are chosen by selector organizations that award the honor annually following the conclusion of the fall college football season.

The Badgers will head to Pasadena later this month to face the Oregon Ducks in the Rose Bowl Game on Jan. 1, 2020.
