Accomplishments: Brown continues to help lead the area’s best team to big wins. The junior had 34 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals in wins over Glendale and then Friday night’s showdown at Muir. In the 86-51 victory over Glendale, Brown had 16 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. But he played an even larger role in Friday’s battle for the Pacific League with his 18 points, 6 rebounds and 2 steals. The Bulldogs (7-0 in league) defeated the Mustangs, 69-66 and take a 2-game lead through the first half of league play. His 3-point basket at the end of the first half was credited with changing the momentum of the game.
