Calvary Presbyterian Church: Children in Worship Workshop

Worship of God is at the center of everyone’s life together. When children worship with their parents and their adopted family of faith, they learn the rhythms of this uncommon life of discipleship we lead. They come to understand their place in the body, learn the songs and prayers and affirmations upon which the church have stood over the centuries, and add their new voices to the collective praise. Like a fine dining table, worship has its own set of manners.

At Calvary Presbyterian Church’s worship and communion workshop, third graders will learn about the rhythms of worship and explore the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper. Please make a reservation for the workshop by October 13. The church will have its third grade Bible presentation to celebrate their achievement the following Sunday, November 3rd.
