Pasadena Hiking Pacers Announce Post-Hike Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser

As part of a fundraising program to benefit the local hiking group, the Pasadena Hiking Pacers will be holding a Chili Cook-Off Competition after the June 24, scheduled climb to the Hollywood Sign. The climb itself is a pleasant trek with a roundtrip distance of 5-5.5 miles, making it a Level 1difficulty hike. Level 1 climbs are given to hikes 6 miles or less; mostly level ground or only slight incline. The group will meet at the Parking lot by the Merry Go-Round prior to the hike.
