Boys Basketball: Buena Defeats Blair 72-53 Friday Night in CIF Division 3A Second Round Game; Dez Washington Ends Fantastic Prep Career with Vikings

Blair knew it was going to need its best fourth quarter of the season if they wanted to stay alive in the CIF-SS Division 3A playoffs. The Vikings trailed 49-42 with 8 minutes to play. Buena, though, outscored Blair by 12 points and earned the 72-53 victory in the second round showdown. Blair got 21 points and 8 rebounds from its star senior Dez Washington.
