Pasadena’s Department of Planning and Community Development will lead a second round of community workshops for the North Lake Specific Plan area Thursday, May 30, part of the “Our Pasadena” program of updating the City’s specific plans and Zoning Code to establish new development standards and design guidelines in support of the General Plan.
The community workshop will include an introductory presentation where the Planning and Community Development team shares preliminary concept ideas for the North Lake Specific Plan area, to be followed by small group discussions.
Participants are encouraged to provide input on topics such as land use, building heights, sidewalks, open space, and the overall vision of various neighborhoods within the plan area. Feedback received during the workshop will help refine these ideas and help in the creation of an updated North Lake Specific Plan.
The workshop is from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Rose Room of Lake Avenue Church at 393 North Lake Avenue.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, listening assistive devices are available with a 24-hour advance notice. Please call (626) 744-4009 or (626) 744-4371 (TDD) to request use of a listening device.
Language translation services may also be requested with 48-hour advance notice by calling (626) 744-4009.
