The Pasadena Citizen Service Center’s call center has expanded service hours and is now open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in order to accommodate citizen requests for assistance, according to Mandy Templeton, manager of the 311 call center.
With 6,320 calls answered in April 2014 and 1,950 citizen service center requests handled, the center’s hours were inadequate.
