Councilmember John Kennedy Brings Together Community, Police to Discuss Recent Violence

District 3 Councilmember John Kennedy held an outdoor meeting Wedenesday night focused on recent violence in his district.

Chief of Police Phillip Sanchez said about 45 community members attended and heard an overview from Lt. Jason Clawson.

The Pasadena Police has mounted extra patrols in the area, Sanchez said, which have reduced calls for service in the area.
