Design Resource Gallery Opens Pasadena to Hillside Custom Craft Furniture

Pasadena-based Design Resource Gallery (DRG) is set to hold its grand opening on Saturday, Aug. 27, after Hillside Custom Craft Furniture granted it the right to be its exclusive outlet.

Hillside Custom Craft Furniture has been commissioned by some of the most renowned interior design firms in the country and it will be bringing its hand-crafted fine furniture to the residents and design community of Pasadena as well as the surrounding communities through Design Resource Gallery.

Hillside’s art of hand-crafting fine furniture has been conserved by the Atachian family since 1960. The late George Atachian, master artisan, passed on his craft to his son Gary, who has since recruited some of the most skillful artisans in the country to help local decorators and interior designers nation-wide.

Meanwhile, DRG represents emerging and innovative artists, artisans and craftsmen and expands on the traditional, transitional and contemporary styles.

DRG products include custom-made furniture, fine art, commissioned art, furniture repair and refinishing, upholstering, metal fabrication and flooring. In addition, DRG is a resource center for all other types of cervices, a hub for all kinds of home remodeling and decorating services.

DRG offers all of their products to the trade, as well.
