Designers Announced for the ASID Pasadena Fall Home Tour

In a one day event on Sunday, October 7, the Pasadena Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) is hosting a semi-guided house and garden tour featuring three private estates. A rare opportunity to visit three distinguished houses and accompanying gardens, this tour relays Pasadena’s varied architecture and interior design.

Meet the Designers:

Jennifer Bevan — Jennifer Bevan Interiors (JBI) is a high quality interior design firm specializing in custom luxurious residential projects throughout California and internationally. With an elite roster of clients, Jennifer Bevan has been sought after by a market that values quality design. Her team brings years of experience and their own distinct style creating designs that are unique reflections of each client’s personal vision. Her personal, 3600-sf Monterey Colonial designed by esteemed architect Paul R. Williams, will be part of the tour.

Rozalynn Woods — Rozalynn Woods Interior Design is recognized for a clean and sophisticated sense of style that seamlessly integrates interior design and architecture. Rozalynn’s design philosophy fuses history and modernity through a re?ned and luxurious mixture of colors, textures and furnishings. With 25+ years experience, her spaces present a current point of view, yet appear timeless–each pertaining to her clients’ unique sensibility. For this tour, guests will see a 4850-sf contemporary Santa Barbara ranch-style that captures California’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

Christine Santana — Santana Interiors focuses on high end residential and commercial projects; collaborating with architects on custom-built homes, restorations, and noteworthy properties. Santana is synonymous with elegantly controlled interiors that mix period pieces and current furniture selections. Their spaces reflect the perfect blend of comfort, form, function, and a soothing color palette, reflecting the needs and lifestyle of the client. A 10,000-sf Southern Colonial that she has been working on for 14 years will be part of the tour.

ASID Pasadena Home Tour. Semi-guided Home Tour featuring 3 private residences and gardens. October 7, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tickets: $37 through Sept 15; $40 thereafter. Includes free parking and shuttle service. Plus, pop-up market with local retailers, designers’ vendors, and food trucks.
