Pasadena City Councilmember Andy Wilson will be holding not one but two public meetings in District 7 next week as he opens up an additional opportunity for neighbors in his district to meet and share ideas about their community.
Wilson said the Constituent Coffee that he has been hosting every first Thursday of the month will be moving to Corner Bakery Cafe, at 345 South Lake Avenue on The Shops on Lake, beginning Thursday, December 6.
On Saturday, December 8, Wilson will be hosting the annual District 7 Year-End Neighborhood Meeting and Ticket Raffle at the Pasadena Playhouse.
The special program for the Saturday meeting will feature Alex Evans, from Bob Baker Marionette Theater, and award-winning sound designer and Foley artist Jeff Gardner, who both have programs at the Pasadena Playhouse in December.
Coffee and entry into the raffle begins at 8:30 a.m. and the meeting begins at 9 a.m. Free parking is available at the Playhouse Plaza, at 680 E. Colorado Blvd., directly across the street from the Playhouse.
Rose Parade tickets will be raffled in sets of four. Rose Bowl Game tickets will be raffled in sets of two for $160, $215, or $245 each depending on location.
District 7 residents who wish to participate in the Rose Bowl Game ticket raffle should bring a pre-printed personal check.
