Grammy winning pop icon Taylor Swift on Tuesday added nine more dates to her highly-anticipated “Reputation” stadium tour, which now includes two shows at Pasadena’s Rose Bowl, on May 18 and May 19, 2018.
Also included in the new dates are additional US shows in Soldier Field, Chicago (May 18), MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey (July 20), Gillette Stadium, Fox borough, Massachusetts (July 27) and at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia (August 10).
In a Facebook post, Swift said the additional U.S. shows were added to the list “due to overwhelming demand.” The “Reputation” tour will also take Swift to two shows in the United Kingdom (London and Manchester) and one show in Dublin, Ireland in June.
Meanwhile, Swift also announced that registration has ended for a fan-focused ticket hub through Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan Initiative. With the end of the registration, hopeful concertgoers who don’t receive a “personalized presale date and time” on Saturday will have to wait to secure their seats until tickets are made available to the general public on Wednesday, December 13, the pop star’s 28th birthday.
Early Monday morning, pop icon Taylor Swift announced the initial 27 “Reputation” tour dates via her Taylor Nation Twitter account.
The tweet, captioned, “WE’LL SEE YOU SOON!” included the Rose Bowl show on May 19, 2018.
Tickets will be available at tickets.taylorswift.com.
For presale access, fans must register online. Registration closes on Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 28 at 12 p.m. (Eastern Time).
The “Taylor Swift Tix Presale” will begin on Tuesday, December 5 and will run through Friday, December 8.
According to Ticketmaster, there will be a six-ticket limit.
“Reputation,” Swift’s sixth album, was released on Friday and sold a whopping 700,000 units on its first day.
