Pasadena Restaurant Week gives diners a chance to sample some of the city’s most delectable offerings at an easy-to-swallow price. Head to Perry’s at Hotel Constance to try exclusive Restaurant Week offerings along with a few favorites. The hotel is a short walk from Old Pasadena and offers Cal Asian fusion food prepared by renowned local chef, Claud Beltran. Enjoy your meal on Hotel Constance’s historic courtyard or grab a seat in the blue room bar.

 

Start with Perry’s iconic, crispy Duck Spring Rolls then choose from Miso Chicken Breast with corn and edamame salad and corn fritter; Branzino with mashed potatoes, baby spinach and miso gravy or Chinese Ratatouille over mixed grains. The Chinese Ratatouille is a prime example of the flavorful fusion at Perry’s – the traditional French dish gets an Asian twist with tender eggplant, tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchinis and jalapenos over a bed of mixed grains and is sure to please vegetarians as well as meat eaters.

 

For dessert, enjoy a delicate Passion Fruit and Coconut Mousse. Make your meal memorable with the suggested wine pairing or by choosing a cocktail from the bar at Perry’s lounge. Choose an Asian-inspired cocktail like colorful, Enter the Dragon which combines Tito’s Vodka, pomegranate liqueur and cointreau, or the soothing Tai Chi with Ketel One Vodka, yuzu sake, lemon juice and basil.
