Greystar announced that pre-leasing has started at The Hudson, an ultra-luxury apartment community, in Pasadena. The development will feature 173 apartment homes and approximately 11,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor of two five-story buildings. Prospective residents are invited to tour the community.

“We are delighted to begin pre-leasing at The Hudson,” said Perry Pound, Managing Director of Development for Greystar. “The community will provide residents with an unparalleled living experience in the highly-desirable Playhouse District that is minutes away from shopping, dining and entertainment on Colorado Boulevard.”

The Hudson will include a variety of studios, one and two-bedroom apartment homes and lofts ranging in size from 546 to 1,366 square feet of living space. Apartment homes will feature gourmet kitchens, islands in select floor plans, gas ranges, white granite countertops with under mount sinks, tiled backsplashes, European cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Floor plans will incorporate features such as wood-style plank flooring, nine-foot ceilings with vaulted ceilings in select apartments, spacious bathrooms with spa-style showers, walk-in closets, full size top-load washers and dryers and private balconies or patios in select units.

Amenities will include a community lounge, recreation room, and 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center with instructor-led fitness classes. In addition, residents can enjoy large courtyards, a rooftop garden, resort-inspired swimming pools and spas, sundecks with lounge seating, outdoor bars, grilling stations, a game area with a billiards table and HD televisions. The pet friendly community will also offer package lockers that are accessible 24 hours a day.

The Hudson is located at 678 E Walnut Street in the heart of Pasadena’s Playhouse District. The community is close to the Lake Avenue Gold Line stop and provides convenient access to the 210 Freeway.
