Happy Healthy Mother’s Day

There’s always a lot of healthy and happy things happening at Real Food Daily. Take Mother’s Day, for example. RFD is a great place every day, but there is something special there for mom on her special day.

Warren will answer questions about subjects like eating the right foods, keeping the peace at the family dinner table, and talking to less-than–supportive friends about changing food choices.

The Q&A is free, of course, and the book is available at the restaurant for $12.99. There will also be raffle prizes including a $25 gift card to Real Food Daily, as well as gifts from vegetarian brands like So Delicious, KIND, and Clif Bar.
