One of the best parts of the holidays is spending time with family. During this festive season family members gather from near and far to celebrate this time of thankfulness and joy. Their sample menu includes delicious appetizers like smoked salmon spring rolls with a Thai sweet soy sauce and crab fritters with remoulade sauce.

The first course could include an amazing salad. How does fresh mozzarella wrapped in hot house cucumber with dried tomato and Tuscan olive oil and topped with shaved fennel, truffle salt, and 25 year aged balsamic. Who wouldn’t like Mexican white shrimp in a Bourbon street sauce with parmesan cheese grits?

The main course could be something as irresistible as herb crusted New Zealand rack of lamb accompanied by a sautéed Haricot Vert with shallots, Delicious Mint Roasted fingerling potatoes round out the perfection that is this meal.

What holiday event is complete without dessert? You will soon over delicious offerings like Croissant Chocolate Bread Pudding, sautéed bananas and a caramel ginger sauce, and whipped vanilla cream. Even Santa Claus would give up cookies for a dessert like that!
