In a separate incident reported this morning, police say a 19-year-old Pasadena man was arrested late Wednesday afternoon shortly after witnesses observed him allegedly stealing a 50-inch big screen television,.
Pasadena Police Dept. received a tip early Wednesday afternoon of a man — later identified by police as Terrant Stover, a black male — allegedly taking a 50-inch Samsung television from a residence located at 357 E. Washington in Pasadena, according to Russ. He added that witnesses also gave officers a description of the vehicle which the suspect allegedly placed the television into.
At about 6:30 p.m., Russ said officers found a vehicle matching the description of the tip they received. After a subsequent investigation, officers arrested the suspect and impounded the vehicle, Russ stated.
Officers are still searching for another vehicle related to the case, according to Russ. He advised an residents who see a dark blue Ford Crown Victoria with the license plate number 6SQG465 to immediately call the Pasadena Police Department with its location.
