Homegrown Real Estate Franchiser Keller Williams Expands with New HQ

Locally owned Keller Williams, named the largest real estate franchise company by agent count in the United States, opened its new headquarters Thursday evening with a celebratory party and ribbon cutting.

The new offices at 251 South Lake Ave. mark another development for a company which was recently named the largest real estate company in the region.

The company has grown exponentially since opening in 2004 and continues to grow while cultivating an agent-centric, education-based, technology-driven culture that rewards associates and benefits consumers.

“This office has quickly become number one in the region and we are very quickly going to take it to one of the top in the state, and then the nation,” says Stephen Miller, CEO/Team Leader of Keller Williams Pasadena.  “I’m constantly surprised that people feel there is very little inventory out there, while we are enjoying record sales. If the market is slow, I don’t see it in Pasadena.”
