Huntington Hospital, in partnership with the American Heart Association, is celebrating Heart Month in February. On Friday, February 5, hospital employees, volunteers and friends gathered in front of the hospital for Wear Red Day, uniting with millions of people across the country to help raise awareness about heart disease in women. This important message is a reminder that heart disease is the number one killer of women, more than all forms of cancer combined.
