Kelly Richardson to Serve as National President-Elect of Community Associations Institute

Kelly Richardson, Managing Partner of Richardson Harman Ober PC, a Pasadena-based real estate, business and homeowner association law firm, has been designated as the 2015 National President-Elect of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He will serve as President of the organization in 2016.

Mr. Richardson is currently in his fourth year of service on CAI’s National Board of Trustees, and is a leading advocate for community associations. He has been involved in CAI for many years, including serving on the boards of its Los Angeles and Orange County chapters, as well as the California Legislative Action Committee.

He is a syndicated columnist on community association issues, appearing in 14 Southern California newspapers on a weekly basis, including the Los Angeles Daily News, San Diego Union-Tribune, Riverside Press-Enterprise, Orange County Register and Pasadena Star-News.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to lead such an outstanding organization, dedicated to educating homeowners and their association managers toward the end of better community living and governance,” said Mr. Richardson. “I am deeply committed to advancing these worthy values.”
