Kidspace Children’s Museum opened its doors for a special evening picnic and playdate for Circle of Friends Members, Founders, the Museum’s Board of Directors and their families on Sunday, September 22, 2013. Picnic guests noshed on In-N-Out while exploring the museum’s indoor and outdoor exhibits and chatting with other Kidspace supporters. “It is a really special night to kick-off our year ahead of fundraising for Kidspace. ”

The active Circle of Friends Members, Founders, Kidspace Board Members and Kidspace Staff families get to come together and really spend time exploring the exhibits and have the whole museum to ourselves! Plus it’s a great excuse to eat In-N-Out!” said event co-chairs Andrea Shaffer and Susan Miller.

The Circle of Friends is an auxiliary fundraising group, comprised of more than 100 members, dedicated to supporting the museum’s operating funds. They will next host the 19th Annual Kidspace Pumpkin Festival on October 5 – 6, 2013 at Pasadena’s Brookside Park. Open to the public, the carnival-like festival features family-friendly live music, craft booths, a pumpkin patch, petting zoo, pony rides and exciting bouncers.
