La Canada Presbyterian Church Parent Education Kicks Off Their 40th Year

La Canada Presbyterian Church (LCPC) Parent Education is excited to announce their 40th Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Memorial Park. This free event for the entire community will feature a fun-filled afternoon of Los Gringos Locos food, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, live music by PCH, bounce houses, face painting and petting zoo. The day will begin with worship in the park at 10am with Pastor Jeff Hoffmeyer followed by the picnic from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Enjoy time with all your Parent Ed friends from pass & present! Whether you’ve been in Parent Ed or might be interested in taking a class, we would love to have you celebrate this special milestone with us. The first 400 families to arrive at the event will receive a Parent Ed blanket. For 40 years, LCPC’s Parent Education Program has maintained its legacy of quality education and reputable staff. Currently, the program offers 20 different parent education classes for parents of children who are ages 0-18. Day classes, night classes, and summer classes are available. Parents of children zero through five attend Parent & Child Classes, while parents of elementary, tween and teen children attend Parent Only Classes. Last year, over 500 parents and children from 22 cities attended our classes driving from a 30-mile radius. Class listings and online registration are available at I Semester begins in September, and II Semester starts in January.
