Letter to the Editor | Former Mayor William Bogaard: Strong Support for Andy Wilson in City Council Race

I’m committed to Pasadena’s future, and I want to say that Andy Wilson has my strong support for City Council in the March 7th election.

I have known Andy for 20 years. He is a person of great integrity and is committed to service, collaboration, and inclusion. All of us have benefitted from Andy’s leadership – not just on the Council, and on City commissions, but also on behalf of many worthy organizations.

Andy’s a true innovator. In a few short years, he’s done remarkable work in helping transform Pasadena into a growing center for high-technology.

Andy’s an effective leader because he loves this community. He values our diverse and beautiful neighborhoods andhe’s protective of our history and traditions. Yet he is also very much engaged in the modern economy that will allow us to flourish for years to come.

I am proud to support him, and I urge you to vote for him on March 7th.
