Lyndsay Fuller of Pasadena’s Pardee Homes Wins “40 Under 40” Recognition in Professional Builder Magazine

Lyndsay Fuller, Director of Sales and Marketing at Pardee Homes, a residential home building company based in Pasadena, has been selected as one of 40 most accomplished homebuilding industry professionals under 40 by Professional Builder, an industry magazine based in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

The list was published in Professional Builder’s March issue, and awardees will also be celebrated as part of the magazine’s Under 40 Executive Summit in San Francisco, a featured event at this year’s Pacific Coast Builder Conference (PCBC), the homebuilding industry’s most significant regional exposition and conference.

Fuller, 34, works for Pardee’s Los Angeles Ventura division, which she joined in 2016. Her 12-year career in real estate development fuses sales, marketing and management, and she applies this multi-faceted expertise to her work. At Pardee, she helped craft and implement the branding, marketing, model design management and sales team assemblage for the May 2017 launch of Aliento, a 500-homesite master-planned community in Santa Clarita’s Golden Valley featuring diverse new home neighborhoods, a community/recreation center for all residents, a private club for its 55-plus enclave and abundant open space amenities.

Fuller has a California real estate license and completed the “7 Habits for Training and Selling at the Speed of Trust” workshop by Franklin Covey in 2015.

Next up for Fuller and the Pardee team is the Skyline in Santa Clarita. Pardee plans a fall grand opening for the first four neighborhoods of this new master-planned community.
