Man Shot Near South Pasadena Border

A man in his 30’s suffered a minor gunshot wound to the leg, during a drive-by shooting Thursday night near the border of South Pasadena border in Los Angeles, a police lieutenant said.

The shooting occurred around 11 p.m. Thursday outside 4328 Stillwell Ave., near the border with South Pasadena, said Lt. Terry Griffith of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollenbeck Station.

The victim, who was struck in a leg, was taken to Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center, where he was treated and released, Griffith said.

It was unknown if the shooting was gang-related and no suspect description was available, he said.
