Man Shot Sunday, Receives Non-Life Threatening Wound

A 20-year-old Sun Valley man was shot Sunday night in the 100 block of Painter Street, police said this morning.

Officers responding to calls of shots fired were notified as they arrived at the scene that the victim had presented himself for treatment at a local hospital, Pasadena Police Lt. Max Dahlstein said.

The victim was unable to provide police with any description of the shooter, Dahlstein said.

There is no other information available about this incident at this time, he said.
