Pasadena-based Strategic Venue Partners Inc. (SVP), a provider of wireless infrastructure investment and services for enterprise real-estate venues, has named infrastructure investment veteran Justin Marron as Chief Executive Officer.

Marron joins the existing executive team – COO Rich Grimes and CFO Chad Aaron – to complete SVP’s senior leadership team. The company is backed by its financial partner Tiger Infrastructure Partners LP.

“I have known Justin for several years and respect his prior success at scaling platforms similar to SVP,” Emil Henry, Tiger Infrastructure Partners’ CEO and Managing Partner, said. “His presence will enhance SVP’s unique business model and increase SVP’s ability to deliver wireless infrastructure solutions for enterprises in a diverse universe of industries.”

Marron has an 18-year track record of infrastructure development in the fields of corporate finance, wireless infrastructure operations and renewable energy development. He has held senior management and ownership positions at Altus Power America, Wind Farm Capital and Wireless Capital Partners.

SVP provides in-building wireless infrastructure services for a variety of venue partners, including Class A office space, mixed-user properties, high-end residential, health care facilities, hospitality, retail complexes, sports/entertainment, airports, universities and public-private venues.

“We continue to hear from venue-owners that they want a new kind of option in wireless infrastructure that provides a customizable, full-service partnership from capital to a long-term total technology solution,” said Justin Marron, Strategic Venue Partners’ CEO. “Our experienced leadership team and partnerships were constructed to take the complexities and burden out of in-venue wireless connectivity.”

A company press releases cites SVP’s unique approach including trusted full-service partnership, frictionless wireless infrastructure investment, and infrastructure as a service.

SVP’s Managed Services business model provides a trusted long-term partner that invests capital and ongoing upgrades with no required investment. SVP’s experience encompasses some of the largest and most complex public and private wireless infrastructure projects throughout the U.S.

Its partner, Tiger Infrastructure Partners, is a middle-market private equity firm that invests in growing infrastructure platforms. Tiger targets investments in communications, energy, transportation, and related sectors, primarily located in North America and Europe.
