Vice Mayor Jacque Robinson (green dress) is shown interacting with supporters at a March 28, 2015 rally to kickoff her runoff campaign in her race against opponent Councilmember Terry Tornek for Mayor of Pasadena.

Vice Mayor Jacque Robinson kicked off her runoff campaign in the 2015 race for Mayor of Pasadena with a rally Saturday at her campaign headquarters located at 1199 North Lake Avenue.

Councilmember Steve Madison put in an appearance and told the gathering the choice is clear and he endorses Robinson for Mayor.

Before the event, Robinson had said that she wanted “to thank the voters and all my supporters from throughout the primary campaign but our work is not over!”

“We will continue the same people-powered campaign and we need your continued support now more than ever,” Robinson said.

The free event was open to the public, and members did stop by most of the morning to show their support and to pick up free lawn signs.

Vice Mayor Robinson has previously announced she has been endorsed by the Pasadena Police Officers Association, the Los Angeles County Democratic Party, United Teachers of Pasadena, and the National Women’s Political Caucus of Greater Pasadena.
