The holidays are coming up and what better way to prepare than to stoke practices of kindness, compassion, and forgiveness! It can be a high pressure time, and everyone can prepare for showing up as our best, engaged selves through intentional work with the Buddhist practices of forgiveness, compassion, and loving kindness.
Come to this workshop so that you may enter the holidays with as much grace and spaciousness as possible, prepared for whatever may arise. This workshop will include meditation, discussion, and self-reflection. Please bring whatever props you may need to comfortably meditate, as well as a journal.
Suggested donation is $20-30; Neighborhood Church offers this workshop through Dana, the Buddhist practice of generosity, which balances the accessibility of the teachings and the economic feasibility for their continuation. Click here for more information and RSVP.
